Coriana forms part of "CASANOU Beachfront property", a lovely family property, set in its private garden, right on the beach in Trou aux Biches - the most sought-after beach of the island.
It includes 2 semi-detached 3-bedroom cottages, namely Cyrano and Flore, having a front garden featuring a lawn stretching from their covered terrace right to the beach, 30 metres away, and a large house, set right on the beach, featuring 4 apartments - Gerbera and Coriana (on ground floor) & Manglier and Mistral (on first floor) overlooking the front garden and offering magnificent picturesque sea views.
The common areas of the property are accessible to all guests staying on the property. These include the car park in the back garden, the lawn in front of the semi-detached cottages and the front garden overlooking the beach.
Coriana's covered veranda (alfresco eating area) offers a full semi-circular view over the beach and lagoon.
The tastefully furnished living-dining room with flat-screen Satellite TV, has comfortable rattan armchairs and sofas.
Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas/electric cooker, microwave oven and washing machine.

Both are air-conditioned bedrooms have double beds and ceiling fans and share a bathroom with shower unit and toilet.

Please send us your ENQUIRY by email. We will get back to you quickly (the same day if possible) confirming our rates which will depend on the season chosen and the length of your stay.
We will also apply the discounted rate (when applicable).
Rates for all seasons of the year (as from January 2024):-
High Season (11 Jan. - 30 Apr.): 135€/night
Low Season (01 May. - 30 June): 125€/night
High Season (1 Jul. - 31 Aug.):135€/night
Low Season (01 Sep. - 30 Sep.): 125€/night
High Season (01 Oct. - 15 Dec.):135€/night
Peak Season (16 Dec. - 10 Jan.): 215€/night
DISCOUNTS
Discounts (10%) applicable for over 2 week stays.
Discounts (15%) applicable for over 3 week stays.
Please note that Discounts are not available during Peak
Minimum Stay
Peak period:: 14 nights. Rest of the year: 6 nights.
Payment Terms
All payments to be made in Euro please.
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 2 month prior to check-in date.
For all short-notice bookings* full amount must be paid at confirmation.
* (less than 2 months from check-in date)
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date, and the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another booking whose dates are agreed.
Shall there be a travel ban due to closure of barriers, or lockdown, the amount already settled by any client from overseas will be available to the client as credit note for future bookings.
