Manglier forms part of CASANOU BEACHFRONT PROPERTY, consisting of 6 separate units, located in Trou aux Biches, right on the most sought-after beach of the island. The common areas of the property, including the car park in the back garden & the front garden offering the magnificent picturesque sea views, are accessible to all those staying on the property.

The property, overlooking the beach, consists of 2 beach cottages (semi-detached) set in a slightly recessed position, with sea-view (Cyrano and Flore) & a large house of 4 apartments right on the beach, Manglier and Mistral (on first floor)  &  Gerbera and Coriana (on ground floor) .
Manglier has just been recently renovated. Its balcony, having both seating and eating facilities, offers a 180° picturesque view of the ocean. Tastefully decorated and furnished, the lounge, equipped with Satellite flat-screen TV, has comfortable rattan armchairs and sofas. The dining room has seating facilities for 6.  A fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Secure parking with electronic opening system in the backyard (one car per apartment) is available for the guests.
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with a ceiling fan and double beds.
The Master bedroom has a dressing table and a wardrobe; the 2nd bedroom has a small safe in its wardrobe. the 3rd bedroom upstairs also has a child bed, a chest of drawers for clothes and a small wardrobe with hanging facilities. Most guests have a preference for that bedroom offering a magnificent sea view. It also has access to a small bathroom with wash-basin and toilet facilities.
The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom (wash-basin & shower unit) and a separate toilet.
A fold-away foam sofa-bed is also available downstairs for an extra child.

Chambres à coucher
Les 3 chambres sont climatisées et ventilées et sont dotées de lits doubles. La chambre principale meublée d’une petite coiffeuse et d’une armoire. La 2ème chambre a un petit coffre-fort fixé à l’intérieur de l’armoire. Un escalier mène a la 3ème chambre qui offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Elle est aussi dotée d’une petite penderie et d’un meuble à tiroirs pour ranger le linge et d’une petite salle d’eau attenante avec lavabo et WC Les 3 chambres partagent 1 salle d’eau avec lavabo et cabine de douche et un. Un WC séparé.

Payment Terms

Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 2 month prior to check-in date.
For all short-notice bookings* full amount must be paid at confirmation.
All payments to be made in Euro (€) by Bank Transfer.

A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 2 months prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply.

Property Rules

No Pets allowed.
Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. Residents are further reminded that they should behave in an orderly manner so as not disrupt the enjoyment of other residents staying in other units of the residential complex.
Although check-in and check-out are set at 14h00 & 10h00 respectively, immediate check-in for arrivals by early morning flights or late check-out is still possible depending on availabilities; however, should clients wish for a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged. Co-operation of residents in complying with the above would be greatly appreciated.

2-hour maid service for house-keeping (cleaning) every morning, except on Sundays & Public holidays. The maid's duties do not include cooking, but she would gladly do some cooking against payment of a small fee if arrangements are made directly with them.
