The lovely villa, set in a wide private beachfront garden, and enhanced with a large gazebo, is located right on the beach. Furnished with several comfortable armchairs and sun-loungers, it overlooks the lovely safe lagoon of Trou- aux-Biches.
It is certainly the very best place for enjoying the wonderful sunsets offering their magical hues for which Trou-aux-Biches is already well know. Two kayaks and several beach umbrellas are available for use by the residents.
Architect-designed, The White House offers sea views from all parts of the villa.
Its wide semi-circular covered terrace, having both seating and eating areas, opens in a spacious, well-furbished living/dining room equipped with flat-screen Satellite TV, offering both French and English Satellite programs. Its wide kitchen is fully equipped - having dish-washer, fridge-freezer, gas/electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee-maker, kettle and toaster.
A washing machine, together with iron and ironing board are also available.
Bedrooms
Having been recently renovated, the villa which used to offer 5 bedrooms (3 with ensuite bathrooms, and 2 sharing another bathroom) now offers 4 new bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - all of them fitted with wash-basin, shower unit and toilet. All bedrooms, fitted with large double beds, are air-conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans. Two front bedrooms also have a lovely sea view.
The villa, equipped with a generator with automatic starter to overcome power failures, is also protected by a monitored electronic alarm system with response.
The villa caters for a maximum of 8 people.

Rates (2024-2025)
Please find below the rates for all seasons of the year.
High season (11 Jan - 31 Jan): EURO 565 /night.
Low season (1 Feb - 31 Mar): EURO 545 /night.
High season (1 Apr - 30 Apr): EURO 565 /night.
Low season (1 May - 31 Oct): EURO 530 /night.
High season (1 Nov - 30 Nov): EURO 570 /night.
Peak season (1 Dec - 10 Jan): EURO 675 /night.
Minimum Stay
Peak season: 12 nights, Rest of the year: 5 nights
Payment Terms
All payments to be made in € (EUR)
Deposit (50% of total amount) payable at confirmation of booking.
Balance payable 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply. It may also be agreed that the deposit be transferred to a credit note in the client's name to be used for his next booking which should be within the next 12 months.
