1. 10 days prior to guest's arrival: No cancellation fee applied.
2. Less than 10 days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee applied.

Nautical activities nearby include scuba diving, big game fishing, glass-bottom boats, kite surfing, towed inflatable buoys and parasailing.
On main land however, the proximity of Casela Nature & Leisure Park make its visit a must to view the large number of species of birds and the lions and cheetahs at its zoo and Safari park.
Several operators offer "Swimming with the Dolphins" in the wild, which is becoming a very popular activity in Mauritius. You may check out for that special one, as most of these trips set off for the open seas from nearby, in Flic en Flac.
The airport is about 1 hour drive away.
20 minutes drive to banks, doctors.
