Cap Ouest consists of beachfront apartments, comprising 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses fitted with the latest interior and exterior furnishings.
Deluxe Apartments provide a soothing space with luxury and comfort. The apartments are situated on the ground floor and first floor and offer stunning views of the lagoon from the terrace or balcony.
Common area includes a well-decorated lounge, having a flat-screen HD Satellite TV (with French and English Channels), furnished with comfortable armchairs, dining table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine.
The 2 bedrooms, one fitted with a Queen bed and the other with twin-beds (single beds), have ensuite bathrooms.
Facilities available include Free WiFi, secured parking, 24/7 security, a safe, linen & towels. Baby cots are on request.

EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS
Early check-ins and late check-outs can be secured against a supplement of 75€ (or MUR 3,600) each, except during PEAK season, where the supplement is equivalent to the cost of one (1) full night.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Discounts available for longer stays:-
- 15% for stays as from 4 nights to 7 nights
- 20% for stays as from 8 nights to 14 nights
- 25% for stays as from 15 nights to 28 nights
- 35% for stays as from 29 nights to 91 nights
- 45% for stays as from 92 nights onwards

Minimum Stay
Peak season: 7 nights. Rest of the year: 5 nights.

Payment Terms
Payments to be made in Euro (€).
Deposit (50% of total amount) is required at confirmation of booking.
Balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
All bookings - less than 1 month from check-in date - must be paid in full at confirmation.
Cancellation
Applicable for Low & High Seasons
1. 10 days prior to guest's arrival: No cancellation fee applied.
2. Less than 10 days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee applied.
