Bon Azur Penthouse (Br4) forms part of Bon Azur Residence, ideally located on the north-west coast along fabulous Trou aux Biches, one of the the most sought-after beach of the island. Set in a tropical garden overlooking a magnificent infinity pool, the beachfront residence offers luxury self-catering accommodation.
Bon Azur Residence also includes more Suites & Penthouses of various sizes, which all have high-end features: Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, gas/electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, & kettle), air-conditioned bedrooms (also equipped with ceiling fans), flat screen Satellite TV & DVD player in lounge, washing machine and dryer.
Bon Azur Penthouse 4Br. Its Master bedroom with a King bed & ensuite bathroom (bath tub, shower unit and toilet). 3 bedrooms with Queen beds sharing 2 further bathrooms with shower unit and toilet. It caters for a maximum of 8 guests + 1 baby less than 3 years old.
Free services: Daily housekeeping, free internet (Wi-Fi) & Weber (gas barbecue). Baby high-chair & Baby cot on request.

Please note that children 12 years of age count as adults, but younger ones are hosted free, except during Peak season when they count as adults-

Minimum Stay
Peak season: 6 nights. Rest of the year: 2 nights
Payment Terms
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.
All payments to be made in Euro (€).
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 2 months prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply.
