Beachfront residential complex of 3 semi-detached 3-bedroom duplex units with sun loungers set in their individual front gardens, overlooking the beach in Trou-aux-Biches.

BellaVista 3, recently revamped, forms part of a beach property comprising 3 semi-detached duplex units (BellaVista 1, 2 & 3).
Its covered terrace is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a dining table seating 6 for alfresco dining facilities. Its wide open-plan common area also includes the well-equipped kitchen & a lounge, furnished with comfortable sofas and equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. A stair leads upstairs to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed; bedroom 3 has twin-beds. Both these bedrooms share a further bathroom having shower, wash-basin and toilet.

Complexe résidentiel (3 duplex jumelés) de 3 chambres à coucher en bord de mer avec facilités de chaises longues et parasol de plage dans leurs jardin individuel, donnant sur la plage de Trou-aux-Biches.
BellaVista 3, récemment rénové, fait partie d’un complexe résidentiel “plage” comprenant 3  duplex jumelés (BellaVista 1, 2 et 3). Sa terrasse couverte est meublée de fauteuils confortables et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes pour prendre les repas en plein air. Le grand espace commun comprend une cuisine américaine bien équipée ainsi qu’un séjour, meublé de canapés et fauteuils confortables et équipé d’un téléviseur à écran plat muni de chaines satellitaires français et anglais. Un escalier mène aux chambres à l’étage.
Chambres à coucher
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et ont des ventilateurs de plafond. La chambre principale est équipée d’un lit double et dispose d’une salle de bain avec lavabo, douche et toilettes. La chambre 2 est équipée d’un lit double; la chambre 3 dispose de lits jumeaux. Les chambres 2 et 3 partagent une 2ème salle de bains ayant douche, lavabo et toilettes.

Please note that rates vary with length of stay - discounts being applicable for longer stays.

Minimum Stay

Peak Season: 12-14 nights
Rest of the year: 5 nights

Payment Terms

Deposit (50% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For all short-notice bookings* full amount must be paid at confirmation.
Generally, all payments are made in Euro (€) by Bank Transfer; on request, payments may be made in MUR (Mauritian Rupees).

* (less than 1 months from check-in date)


A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date; non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another booking whose dates are agreed.

Property Rules

No Pets allowed.
Maximum number of people: 6 (including children).
No nudism allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. Residents are further reminded that they should behave in an orderly manner so as not disrupt the enjoyment of other residents staying in other units of the residential complex.
