THE BEACH COMPLEX - Apartment "S" (3 bedrooms)
Apartment "S" forms part of the Beach Complex, a family property, set in a wide private garden, right on the beach in Trou aux Biches - the most sought-after beach of the island - exactly where the beach is the widest and the best swimming spot right in front of the property.
Its common area includes a covered terrace with dining table facilities opening into the tastefully decorated living-dining, equipped with a flat-screen Satellite TV and furnished with comfortable armchairs, a dining table seating 6 and a well-equipped kitchen (gas/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee-maker).
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned; the master bedroom with sea-view and 2nd bedroom have a double bed; the 3rd bedroom has twin-beds (2 single beds). All 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with wash-basin, and shower. Separate toilet. Secured parking in the back garden.
Beach Complex - Apart "S" caters for a maximum of 6 guests.

Rates (2024-2025)

Rates for all seasons of the year (as from 11th of January 2024):-
High Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr): 145€/night
Low season (1 May - 30 Jun): 140€/night
High Season (1 Jul - 31 Aug): 145€/night
Low season (1 Sep - 30 Sep): 140€/night
High season (1 Oct -19 Dec): 145€/night
Peak season (20 Dec - 10 Jan): 210€/night
DISCOUNTS
Discounts (5%) applicable for minimum of 2-week stays.
Discounts (10%) applicable for over 3-week stays.
Please note that Discounts are not available during Peak season.
Minimum Stay
Peak season: 12 nights. Rest of the year: 6 nights.

Payment Terms
All payments to be made by bank transfer in EURO (€).
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date; the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another booking whose dates are agreed.
