Located on the South West coast of the island, Villa Cambier is probably the most exclusive and private villa in La Morne area – certainly one of those offering the true “authentic” Mauritian service, ensuring a high standard of quality, privacy and comfort. It boasts a large private infinity pool and offers a 360° view of the peninsula and Le Morne mountain from the wide terrace with outdoor furniture. The villa is fully equipped and beautifully furnished blending modern and vintage style.
The living area includes a wide lounge furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas and equipped with a large flat-screen satellite TV. Its a dining area has a 10-seater dining table.
Its fully-equipped kitchen includes Double refrigerator with Freezer, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Kettle, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery & Crockery.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. They have ceiling fans. and ensuite bathrooms fitted with wash-basin, shower and toilet. Its while the master bedroom’s is also fitted with a bath-tub. The Master bedroom is fitted with a King bed and a walking wardrobe.

Festive Peak Dates (30 Dec - 2 Jan 2021): Rs 47,520/night
Peak Season (3 – 11 Jan 2021): Rs 39,600/night
Low Season (12 Jan -31 Mar 2011): Rs 19,800/night

Discounts available for LOW & HIGH Seasons:-
- 15% for stays as from 2 nights
- 25% for stays as from 3 nights
- 30% for stays as from 4-5 nights
- 35% for stays as from 6 nights and above

- 40% for stays as from 3 nights & above

Minimum Stay

Low & High Seasons: Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Peak & Festive Peak Seasons: Minimum stay is 4 night.

Payment Terms

All payments to be made in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).
Deposit (50% of total amount) is required at confirmation of booking.
Balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
All bookings - less than 1 month from check-in date - must be paid in full at confirmation.

1. 10 days prior to guest's arrival: No cancellation fee applied
2. Less than 10 days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee applied

Applicable for Peak & Festive Peak Seasons
1. 30 days prior to guest's arrival: No cancellation fee applied
2. Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee applied

Property Rules

No Pets allowed. No noise pollution.
Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. Residents are further reminded that they should behave in an orderly manner so as not disrupt the enjoyment of other residents staying in other units of the residential complex.

Check-in & Check-out Policies
Check-in and check-out are set at 14h00 & 11h00 respectively, but, should guests want to secure an early check-in or a late check-out, a supplement of Rs 3,300 will be applicable for each; except for PEAK and FESTIVE PEAK seasons which is the cost of 1 full night.

Damage Deposit (against any breakage or loss of property): Rs 20,000.

Very close to the Iconic Le Morne Mountain, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its cultural and historical legacy in connection with slavery and its abolishment on the island.
Very close to the famous "One-Eye" Kite-Surf spot, known the world-over.
Snorkelling is excellent at the world-class Blue Bay Marine Park located on the south eastern coast.
The Heritage Bel Ombre estate allows visitors to enjoy the historical placement of the gastronomic restaurant situated in Le Chateau de Bel Ombre where they can enjoy a round of golf on their 18-hole championship golf-course, before exploring the estate's nature reserve.
"Swim with Dolphins in the Wild" is one of the very special activities on the West coast at Tamarind Bay.
