3-bedroom duplex, set in its private garden right on the beach and overlooking the lovely bay of La Preneuse.
The open veranda offers a breath-taking view over the bay stretching to Le Morne Brabant mountain in the background. Several sun loungers, a garden bench and beach umbrella set on the lawn in front of the veranda are available to the residents.
Ideal place to watch the dolphins jumping around in the waters of the bay & to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of the island.

The veranda, fitted with bamboo blinds, is protected from the sun. A trestle table with benches plus more seating areas provide the perfect setting for “al fresco” meals. It opens into the well-decorated lounge/dining room (seating 6). The well-equipped kitchen (gas cooker/electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. Flat-screen Satellite TV, Radio/CD player & telephone. Electronic alarm system with response. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On ground floor, the master bedroom with sea view has ensuite shower room and toilet. On first floor, the two other bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other twin beds), share a further shower room and toilet.
Maid service every morning, except on Sundays and Public holidays.
Please note that the Minimum Stay during Peak Season is 14 nights...
Minimum stay (rest of the year): 6 nights.
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 2 month prior to check-in date.
For all short-notice bookings* full amount must be paid at confirmation.
All payments to be made in Euro (€) by Bank Transfer.

A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 2 months prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply.
No Pets allowed.
Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. Residents are further reminded that they should behave in an orderly manner so as not disrupt the enjoyment of other residents staying in other units of the residential complex.
Although check-in and check-out are set at 14h00 & 10h00 respectively, immediate check-in for arrivals by early morning flights or late check-out is still possible depending on availabilities; however, should clients wish for a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
