NAUTICA BEACH RESIDENCE - Beach Apartments (2 bedrooms)

Nautica Beachfront Residence is located in its private garden, right on the beach in Trou aux Biches, one of the most sought-after beach of the island, overlooking the blue waters of the lagoon, well-protected by the barrier reefs, making it ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
Nautica Beach Apartments 1 and 2 are set in the beachfront building on its ground floor and 1st floor respectively.
Nautica Garden Apartments are set in 2nd position in the garden building.

Both beachfront and garden apartments have the same configuration and are similarly decorated and furnished. Their furniture is basic - nothing luxurious, but practical.
Their common area includes a terrace (or balcony) opening into a living-dining equipped with a flat-screen TV and furnished with comfortable armchairs and a dining table seating 6. Well-equipped kitchen.
The master bedrooms is fitted with a double bed while the other bedroom has twin-beds (2 single beds); a safe is available in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and share a bathroom room with wash-basin, shower and  toilet.
A couch is available for an extra child sleeping in the lounge.
The property is also protected by an electronic burglar alarm with response.
Each Nautica Beach Apartment caters for a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child.
Larger groups of up to 20 people may enjoy holidays together when staying in 2 or more apartments of the property, located in the same garden.
