CASANOU BEACHFRONT PROPERTY is a family property, located in Trou aux Biches, right on the most sought-after beach of the island. It includes 2 semi-detached cottages, namely Cyrano and Flore, having a front garden featuring a lawn stretching from their covered terrace right to the beach, 30 metres away, and a large house, set right on the beach, featuring 4 apartments - Gerbera and Coriana (on ground floor) & Manglier and Mistral (on first floor) overlooking the front garden and offering magnificent picturesque sea views. The common areas of the property are accessible to all guests staying on the property. These include the car park in the back garden, the lawn in front of the semi-detached cottages and the front garden overlooking the beach.Mistral has just been renovated. Extensive works having been effected to its terrace, kitchen and bathroom bringing it up to a higher standard.
Its balcony, offering seating and eating facilities, offers a 180° picturesque view over the beach and sea.
Tastefully decorated living-dining and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are air-conditioned & have ceiling fans.
Both Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a double bed. The 3rd bedroom2 has 2 single beds that may be set close together to be used as a large double bed. It offers a spectacular sea view through the window.
The bedrooms share a bathroom (wash-basin & shower cubicle) and a separate toilet.
Free Wifi (standard 30 Mbps).
Security alarm system with response.
Secured parking for 6 cars (1 car for each unit) is available in the gated parking area featuring an electronic opening system.
Manglier caters for a maximum of 6 guests.

Rates (2023-2024)
Please end us your ENQUIRY by email, and we will calculate your rates according to your stay and period blocked.
We will also apply the discounted rates (whenever applicable) in your final estimate.
Rates for all seasons of the year (as from January 2023):-
High season (11 Jan - 30 Apr): 170€/night
Low season (1 May - 30 Jun): 145€/night
High season (1 Jul - 31 Aug): 170€/night
Low season (1 Sep - 30 Sep): 145€/night
High season (1 Oct - 15 Dec): 175€/night
Peak season (16 Dec - 10 Jan): 285€/night
DISCOUNTS
Discounts (5%) applicable for minimum of 2-week stays.
Discounts (10%) applicable for over 3-week stays.
Please note that Discounts are not available during Peak season.
Minimum Stay
Peak season: 12 nights. Rest of the year: 6 nights.
Payment Terms
All payments to be made in EUR (Euro)
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date, and the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another booking whose dates are agreed.
In case of lockdown due to Covid in Mauritius or in the traveller's country, the traveller's deposit is transferred to a credit note in his name, to be used for his next bookings.
