Manglier forms part of CASANOU BEACHFRONT PROPERTY, a family property, located in Trou aux Biches, right on the most sought-after beach of the island.
The property includes 2 semi-detached cottages, namely Cyrano and Flore, having a front garden, featuring a lawn stretching from their covered terraces right to the beach, 30 metres away, and a large house, set right on the beach, featuring 4 apartments - Gerbera and Coriana (on ground floor) & Manglier and Mistral (on first floor) - overlooking the front garden and offering a magnificent picturesque view over the ocean.
The common areas of the property are accessible to all guests staying on the property. These include the car park in the back garden, the lawn in front of the semi-detached cottages and the front garden overlooking the beach.
Manglier has recently been renovated. Its balcony, having both seating and eating facilities, offers a 180° picturesque view over the ocean.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, the lounge, equipped with Satellite flat-screen TV, has comfortable rattan armchairs and sofas.
The dining room has seating facilities for 6. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Secured parking with electronic opening system in the backyard is available for the guests (only 1 car per unit, please).
Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with a ceiling fan and double beds.
The Master bedroom also has a dressing table and a wardrobe; the 2nd bedroom has a small safe in its wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom upstairs also has a child bed, a chest of drawers for clothes and a small wardrobe with hanging facilities. It also has access to a small bathroom having a wash-basin and toilet facilities. Most guests have a preference for that bedroom offering a magnificent sea view.
The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom (wash-basin & shower unit) and a separate toilet.
Manglier Beach Apartment caters for a maximum of 6 guests or 3 couples.
A fold-away foam sofa-bed is also available downstairs for an extra child.

Security alarm system with response.
Secured parking for 6 cars (1 car for each unit) is available in the gated parking area featuring an electronic opening system.
Manglier caters for a maximum of 6 guests.

Rates (2023 - 2024)

Rates for all seasons of the year (as from 1st of January 2023):-
Medium season (11 Jan - 30 Apr ): 185€/night
High season (Easter 2024) (23 Mar - 7 Apr ): 200€/night
Low season (1 May - 30 Jun): 165€/night
Shoulder season (1 Jul - 31 Aug): 180€/night
Low season (1 Sep - 30 Sep): 165€/night
Medium season (1 Oct - 14 Dec): 185€/night
Peak season (15 Dec - 10 Jan): 295€/night (Minimum stay: 14 nights)
Minimum Stay
Peak season: 12 nights. Rest of the year: 6 nights
Payment Terms
All payments to be made in Euro (€)
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date, and the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another booking whose dates are agreed.
Shall there be a travel ban due to closure of barriers, or lockdown, the amount already settled by any client from overseas will be available to the client as credit note for future bookings.
