Lovely 4-bedroom ground floor mansion-style architect-designed home with great spacious inside-living and outside-living offered by the magnificent swimming pool. Nestled in a quiet area in a well-sheltered private garden with lovely flowering plants in full blossom at the foot of Le Morne Mountain in the south-west of the island, 90-minute drive from the airport. The closest public beach is within walking distance (about 800 metres). A car is a must, as l’Hacienda is not very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Relax and indulge in the tranquillity of the mountain. The large spaces and wide open tastefully furnished veranda providing optimal outdoor living with several seating areas furnished with coffee table and padded armchairs and other rattan ware table and armchairs. The built-up area around the wide swimming pool provides extra facilities to live all day lazing in the sun or sun-baking when not having a dip or a swim with other members of the family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven and fridge-freezer; an adjoining area to the kitchen is equipped with dish-washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A pantry next to the kitchen is furnished with a table and chairs and equipped with a flat-screen Satellite TV.
The wide living/dining area, equipped with another large screen Satellite TV and beautifully furnished with deep padded armchairs and sofas provides the perfect setting to relax. A dining table is set for having inside eating facilities when not staying in the pool area. A Weber barbecue is available by the pool side where sun loungers are available for relaxing.

Activities available in the area
Several famous hotels are located in its neighbourhood, most of the allowing non-resident tourists to use their sports facilities and restaurants at a fee.
Windsurfing, water skiing, kayak, parasailing and glass bottom boats are available at a fee.
Other activities available nearby include deep-sea fishing and catamaran cruises, including sun-downing cruises
Club Mistral offers Kite surfing at the famous well-knows One-Eye Kite surfing spot.
Only 250 metres from the entrance of the 5-Star Le Paradis Hotel with its lovely 18-hole golf course.

Payment Terms

Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 2 month prior to check-in date.

A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 2 months prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply

No Pets allowed.
Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. No Noise pollution, please!
Although check-in and check-out are set at 14h00 & 10h00 respectively, immediate check-in for arrivals by early morning flights or late check-out is still possible depending on availabilities; however, should clients wish for a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.

2 hours maid's service for house-keeping (cleaning) every morning, except on Sundays & public holidays.
The maid's duties do not include cooking or buying groceries but she would gladly do some cooking against payment of a small fee if arrangements are made directly with her.
The gardeners takes care of the garden and the swimming pool.

The entrance to the 5-Star Le Paradis Hotel and Golf Club entrance is only 300 metres from the villa.
Golf fans will greatly enjoy playing on the fantastic Le Paradis 18-hole golf course located right in front of the villa.
