The lovely beachfront property is located in a private tropical garden, in Trou aux Biches, known for its modern and quiet seaside residential area. It includes 24 Suites located on ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor & 2 Penthouses located on top floor.
Les Estivales - Suites (2 bedrooms)
The Suites have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a well-decorated living room facing the ocean and the beautifully landscaped outdoor view. The Suites are less luxurious than the Penthouses, and each Suite also caters for a maximum of 4 guests.

Thank you for contacting us by email, stating your dates of arrival and departure and the number of adults and children (under 12 years).
Please note that children 12 years of age count as adults, but younger ones are hosted free, except during Peak season when they count as adults.

Minimum Stay
Peak season: 6 nights. Rest of the tae: 2 nights
Payment Terms
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.
All payments to be made in Euro (€)
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply.
