They have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and accommodate 6 guests. Premium Apartments being on 1st floor offer an elevated sea-view and only enjoy a view over the swimming pool, garden or beach. Their living space lead to a cosy terrace.

High Season (10 Jan 2022 - 24 Apr 2022): 315€/night
Low Season (25 Apr 2022 – 14 Jul 2022): 240€/night
Shoulder Season (15 Jul 2022 – 15 Aug 2022): 285€/night
Low Season (16 Aug 2022 – 30 Sep 2022): 240€/night
High Season (01 Oct 2022 - 30 Nov 2022): 315€/night
Shoulder Season (01 Dec 2022 – 21 Dec 2022): 285€/night
EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS
Early check-ins and late check-outs can be secured against a supplement of 75€ (or MUR 3,600) each, except during PEAK season, where the supplement is equivalent to the cost of one (1) full night.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Discounts available for longer stays:-
- 15% for stays as from 4 nights to 7 nights
- 20% for stays as from 8 nights to 14 nights
- 25% for stays as from 15 nights to 28 nights
- 35% for stays as from 29 nights to 91 nights
- 45% for stays as from 92 nights onwards
All special offer discounts are applicable:
- all year round except during PEAK season
- to consecutive nights
- on accommodation rates only.

Minimum Stay
Peak season: 7 nights. Rest of the year: 2 nights

Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons + 1 baby (0-2.99 years)
Payment Terms
All payments to be made in Euro (€)
Deposit (50% of total amount) is required at confirmation of booking.
Balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
All bookings - less than 1 month from check-in date - must be paid in full at confirmation.
