The property includes 2 semi-detached cottages, namely Cyrano and Flore, having a front garden featuring a lawn stretching from their covered terrace right to the beach, 30 metres away, and a large house, set right on the beach, featuring 4 apartments - Gerbera and Coriana (on ground floor) & Manglier and Mistral (on first floor) overlooking the front garden and offering magnificent picturesque sea views.
The common areas of the property are accessible to all guests staying on the property. These include the car park in the back garden, the lawn in front of the semi-detached cottages and the front garden overlooking the beach.
Gerbera ’s veranda, having comfortable armchairs and a dining table seating 8 for Alfresco eating facilities, offers a 180° semi-circular view over the beach and lagoon.
Tastefully decorated living-dining, equipped with Satellite flat-screen TV, and comfortable rattan armchairs and sofas. The dining area inside has seating facilities for 6.
Fully-equipped kitchen with gas/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.
Bedrooms
All 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, also fitted with ceiling fans, have double beds and share a bathroom with wash-basin and shower unit and a separate toilet.

Payment Terms
All payments to be made in € (Euro)
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Bookings less than 1 month from check-in date, full amount must be paid at confirmation.<br>
Cancellation
A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 1 month prior to check-in date, and the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another booking whose dates are agreed.
Shall there be a travel ban due to closure of barriers, or lockdown, the amount already settled by any client from overseas will be available to the client as credit note for future bookings.
