Cormoran is a semi-detached 4-bedroom one-storied villa, located right on the superb beach of Trou d’Eau Douce. It has been recently renovated and refurbished at high standards.It accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 1 young child.
The front terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers offer a breath-taking view over the turquoise lagoon, and 2 small beach kiosks with thatched roof elegantly stands on the beach in front of the villa for the use of residents.
The back veranda opening onto the swimming pool & BBQ areas offers further sitting and eating facilities. Both the lounge & dining room seating 8 offering a wonderful sea view are tastefully decorated & include a coffee table, chairs, a minibar and flat-screen Satellite TV
(CanalSat) in the lounge.
Well-equipped kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
Ground Floor: One Double bedroom (with ceiling fan) and a shower room and separate toilet.
1st Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with LOVELY sea view):
Air-conditioned Master Bedroom (double bed) with ensuite shower room and toilet.
2 further bedrooms sharing a shower room and toilet; one with a double bed is air-conditioned & the other with Twin beds has a ceiling fan.
10/12 – 10/01: 260€/night (1-4 residents) & 290€/night (5-9 residents)
11/01 – 30/04: 155€/night (1-4 residents) & 180€/night (5-9 residents)
01/05 - 15/10: 125€/night (1-4 residents) & 150€/night (5-9 residents)
16/10 – 09/12: 155€/night (1-4 residents) & 180€/night (5-9 residents)
Please note that the Minimum Stay during Peak Season is 14 nights...
Minimum stay (rest of the year): 6 nights.
Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 2 month prior to check-in date.
For all short-notice bookings* full amount must be paid at confirmation.
All payments to be made in Euro (€) by Bank Transfer.

A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 2 months prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply.
No Pets allowed.
Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. Residents are further reminded that they should behave in an orderly manner so as not disrupt the enjoyment of other residents staying in other units of the residential complex.
Although check-in and check-out are set at 14h00 & 10h00 respectively, immediate check-in for arrivals by early morning flights or late check-out is still possible depending on availabilities; however, should clients wish for a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
