BELLAVISTA COMPLEX
A seaside residential complex comprising 3 semi-detached 3-bedroom duplexes (BellaVista 1, 2, and 3), situated side by side, directly on Trou-aux-Biches beach, facing the magnificent lagoon, well-known for its safe swimming and snorkelling facilities. Each of the 3 duplexes also comes with its own well-appointed beach loungers and umbrellas set in its private garden - much appreciated by all its vacationers.
BellaVista 2, located between BellaVista 1 and 3, boasts a covered terrace with a dining table seating 6, offering splendid ocean views for al fresco dining. The living room, furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas and equipped with a flat-screen TV (with French and English satellite channels), leads to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom feature double beds, while the 3rd bedroom has twin beds (2 single beds). The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with a sink, shower cabin, and toilet.
Secure parking is available for vacationers' cars (one car per duplex) in the backyard.
Rates
RATES (2023-2024)
Please send us your reservation request via email, and we will calculate your rate, which depends on your chosen dates, the duration of your stay, and the number of people in your group. Kindly note that children aged 12 and older are considered as adults.
We will get back to you promptly with our best rates, applying any applicable discounts.

Minimum Stay
Very High Season: 2 weeks / 14 nights | Rest of the Year: 7 nights
Payment Terms
Deposit (50% of the total amount) upon reservation confirmation.
Balance due 1 month before the arrival date
For all last-minute reservations* the total amount must be paid upon confirmation.
All payments should be made in Euro (€) via bank transfer.

Cancellation
A confirmed reservation can be canceled at any time up to 1 month before the arrival date. The non-refundable deposit can then be transferred to another reservation with agreed-upon dates.

As from 2:00 PM.
Check-out time
Before 10:00 AM.
