Lovely 3-bedroom beach apartment-villa forming part of Coral Bay complex, right on the beach in Pointe d’Esny, and offering magnificent views of the turquoise waters of the lagoon which is one of the most sought-after of the island for snorkelling.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are air-conditioned & have ensuite bathrooms (shower unit, washbasin & WC).
Master bedroom: King-size bed | Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed | Bedroom 3: Twin-beds.
In case an extra bedroom is needed for a large group, or a larger family, it may be interested to note that a studio (same owner), located at walking distance, could be available.

Belle maison de 3 c. à c. faisant partie du Complexe “Coral Bay”, situé sur la plage de Pointe d’Esny, et offrant une vue magnifique sur les eaux turquoises du lagon, un des plus demandés de l’île pour la plongée avec tuba.
Vaste Séjour/salle-à-manger, admirablement décoré et meublé. Large téléviseur à écran plat avec chaines satellitaires. Table à manger de 6 couverts.
Cuisine toute équipée Cuisinière à gaz/électrique, réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiére et bouilloire.
D’autres équipements disponibles Lave-linge, fer et table à repasser et téléphone.

Chambres à coucher
Les 3 c. à c sont climatisées et ont chacune leur salle d’eau avec (lavabo, douche et WC) en suite. La chambre principale est dotée d’un lit King; un autre, un lit Queen et l’autre des lits jumeaux.

Un studio, situé à une courte distance de marche, pourrait être disponible au cas où les vacanciers souhaiteraient occuper une chambre supplémentaire.

Payment Terms

Deposit (30% of total amount) at confirmation of booking.
Balance 2 month prior to check-in date.
For all short-notice bookings* full amount must be paid at confirmation.
All payments to be made in Euro (€) by Bank Transfer.
* (less than 2 months from check-in date)

Cancellation

A confirmed booking may be cancelled at any time until 2 months prior to check-in date, but loss of deposit will apply.

Property Rules

No Pets allowed. Attention of residents is drawn concerning stray animals (birds, dogs or cats) that should not be fed on the property grounds.
Parties are not allowed. Residents are further reminded that they should behave in an orderly manner so as not disrupt the enjoyment of other residents staying in other units of the residential complex.
Guests should not exceed the number of persons for whom the rental has been paid for and agreed. Parties are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in the living room. Smoking is not allowed upstairs.
There is one parking on the road side for the apartment. Guests should at no time park their car in the common space area next to the beachfront apartment. This is a drop off space only.
Although check-in and check-out times are set as 14h00 and 10h00 respectively, accommodation may be made available earlier (in case of early arrival flights) or until later (in case of late departure flights), but this cannot be guaranteed. However, should clients wish a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, then 50% of the nightly rate will be charged. Co-operation of residents in complying to the above would be greatly appreciated.

Staff

The housekeeper works from 9.00am to 1.00pm every morning, except on Sundays and public holidays. She is also a good cook and may prepare some tasty Mauritian food for the guests. However, if she needs to work after hours, it will be on extra.

Activities

Nautical activities available include glass-bottom boats, wind-surfing, kite-surf, towed inflatable buoys and parasailing. Snorkeling in the lagoon is very popular and may also be very interesting to discover the local species of marine fauna and flora in Blue Bay Marine Park.
Visits to the bird sanctuary at “Ile aux Aigrettes” is also a highlight as world-wide rare species of birds can be found in their natural habitat.
"Swim with Dolphins in the wild", available in Tamarin-Black River area, may soon become the special activity not to be missed.
